Brie and Cranberry Roll
Small bites of brie cheese and cranberry sauce with bacon and honey.
Here’s a great canape or appetiser you can make this holiday season. It’s an easy to make dish that you can serve for your friends and family. I’m sure you will have most of these ingredients in your pantry or fridge already.

Preheat the oven 160C fan oven.
Take the filo pastry out of the box, brush some butter in each layer of the filo pastry. Layering them on top of each other.
Place the sliced brie along one side of the filo pastry, add some cranberry sauce, bacon and drizzle some honey.
Roll them like a spring roll, slice them into 1.5-2 inches long and place in a muffin tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Top them with some rosemary and serve them while they warm or cold.
