Green Chutney
Ingredients
30-50g fresh coriander
20g fresh mint leaves
4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 chilli pepper or birds eye chilli if you like it hotter
½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ lemon juice
2 tablespoon water, optional
Instructions

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth with a sauce texture. Add more salt or chillies to your liking. Pour it in a sauce bowl and enjoy.
