Onion Atchara
Traditionally Atchara is made with green papaya which is eaten alongside either a fried, roasted or grilled food/seafood. Today I also added it to my salads! Which gives my salad depth of flavours. I have a few atchara on my website too! Including carrots, papaya and cucumbers.
