Goats Cheese- Food with Mae

Goats Cheese with Pistachio, Cranberry & Honey

Here’s another fantastic appetiser or snacks that you can do in 10-15 minutes.

I love this recipe, not only that I love goats cheese it’s so easy and quick to make. My family and friends love this, I serve it different crackers and it’s always a hit.

Note: make sure you buy the soft goats cheese as I made the mistake of getting the other one with the skin. I peeled this off so that the the pistachios and cranberry will stick to it. I know! It was really annoying!

I hope you will enjoy this recipe! I would love to hear from you, don’t be shy to leave me a message.
