Nutella & Biscoff Puff Stars
Which is your favourite?
If you’re like me, I can’t decide, I love both of them and it’s probably the only thing that you can have both in life. It’s still naughty but you have less consequences.
These puff stars are such a treat! It’s easy to make, it doesn’t take too long to bake and it’s delicious. My family enjoyed it very much, I dunk mine in coffee and OMG it was sooo good too!
P.S I didn’t throw away the off cuts, I also baked those because I don’t want to waste them and they also tasted amazing. Also I used different sizes cookie cutter so the number of pieces will vary.

I hope you will enjoy this!
I would love to hear from you, please leave me a comment if you have made this recipe and enjoyed it.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C fan oven.
On a clean surface, lay out the store bought puff pastry sheet. Slice it half and spread the nutella on one side. Then, with the empty side, fold it on top of the nutella side. Using a star cookie cutter press it to the nutella pastry and place the stars on an oven tray with baking sheets. Brush the nutella star with egg wash and bake them in a 180C fan oven for 8-10 minutes. Do the same with the biscoff one too.
