Chicken Pasta Salad
Summer here we come!
My first summer recipe of 2024, I’m so excited for the summer. I’m so done with winter and the rain.
We love this salad, even my teens enjoyed it. They don’t eat much salad so this is a great all rounder salad that you can make for your family.
Ingredients
500g pasta
2 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red onions
1 bunch lettuce
100g sweetcorn
2 ready cooked chicken breast
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Dressing
200-300 natural Yoghurt
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Few fresh basil leaves
