No Churn Biscoff Ice Cream

Deliciously quick to make ice cream, you only need 4 ingredients and you don’t need an ice cream churner!

If you saw my Ube (purple yam) Ice cream, you’re going to love this one too! It’s fitting that this week we are enjoying some lovely sunshine and probably the last warmer days just before we enter into Autumn season.

Note: If you don’t have an electric mixer or hand mixer, you can use a whisk and mix the all the ingredients together until it starts to get thicken. Look at it this way, it’s an arm workout and you will be burning some calories off too! Haha!!

Ingredients

600ml double cream
350ml condensed milk
half a tub of biscoff spread
some crushed biscoff biscuits for toppings

Instructions

Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Beat the mixture using an electric whisk until thicken but not stiff.

Scrape the mixture into a container or a loaf tin and cover it. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

This is best served with some crushed biscoff biscuits for toppings.
