Ginisang Itlog na Maalat at Sigarilyas
Stir fried salted eggs and winged beans with tomatoes. A delicious and quick meatless dish that you can make in 30 minutes!
Ingredients
200g winged beans
2 salted eggs
150g tomatoes
1 small onion
3 garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Oil for cooking

Heat some oil in a wok or pan, cook the onions for a minute then add garlic and cook for another minute. Next, add the winged beans and cook for 3-5 minutes, add tomatoes, again cook for 3-5 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper.

Push the veggies on one side, pour some oil and add the eggs (I mashed the yolk in advance because it solidified). Cook the eggs until it turns into scrambled eggs, then mix the veggies and eggs together. Cook it for another 3 minutes.
Turn the heat off and serve with rice or some toast! Enjoy
